Need it fast? Place your order by 2:30 pm on a weekday, and if the item is in stock, we'll dispatch it the same day (excluding public holidays).
No worries if you miss the deadline! Orders placed after 2:30 pm on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Opted for DPD delivery? Enjoy handy in-flight options through the provided tracking links.
For specific instructions on delivery (such as leaving your package in a bear-proof container or camouflaging it with leaves), you'll need to liaise directly with the courier using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Costs for Posting and Packaging

U.K. Mainland

For orders under £50.00, there's a postage and packaging fee of £2.95.
Typically, these orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, arriving in 2-3 working days, but other providers may be used at our discretion.
Spend over £50.00 and delivery's on us! Please select an option at check-out as we offer both Royal Mail and DPD.

Pricing and Taxes:

All product prices on our website exclude UK taxes.
These taxes will be added to the price at checkout.
If custom fees, local tax, or duties are not visible at checkout, then you are responsible for paying any and all customs fees, local tax, and import duties which may applied by your destination country.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping:

Under the DDP agreement, Valley and Peak assume all responsibilities, risks, and costs until the buyer receives the goods.
This includes transportation costs, customs duties, shipping costs, export and import duties, insurance, and other expenses until the goods reach the destination port in the buyer's country.
All international orders are shipped duty paid, meaning the price you see at checkout is the final amount you'll pay. However, if customs fees, local taxes, or duties are not included at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional customs fees, local taxes, and import duties that may apply in your destination country.

International Shipments:

Select your country at checkout to view the total delivery price, including packaging.
We use UPS and DPD for international shipments, with tracking included.
You will receive tracking details via email once your product is on its way.
