For a refund or exchange for another product or size
Please return back to us within 14 days of delivery. You have another 14 days to the return the goods to us once you have told us you are returning the goods.
Please use an insured recorded delivery service to send back your goods with insurance to cover the full value of the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost.
You must ensure that all the original packaging with all the labels are attached to the item together with a copy of the original receipt/invoice and it is in a clean and in an un-used condition with no pet hairs or fluff etc.
Do not smoke while you are examining the item.
Please do not pitch tents, tarps or bivy’s in the garden if you want to exchange or obtain a refund as we will be unable to do so if the item is marked or has grass on it.
In the case of exchange, there will an additional postage cost.
If there is a fault with the product
Please return within 28 days of purchase, but first contact us by email, this will speed up the process. Photos of the problem, if possible should be sent with your email.
Include in your return:
Copy of the original receipt/invoice
All the original packaging
A note detailing the fault, clearly stating the problem.
Please make sure that you buy insured and recorded delivery covering the full cost of the product. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost if don’t do this.
If the goods are faulty, we will either fully refund your purchase with the postage costs or replace the goods (or where appropriate repair the item) and credit the postage.
Custom/Bespoke gear is not returnable or refundable, unless faulty. Please read the complete product description to find out whether this item is custom or not. If you are unsure about an item please do contact us and we will happy to help you out.
