The Spark Women's sleeping bag is the perfect option for lightweight adventures. Specifically designed for women, the added warmth and heat retention offers versatility and functionality. Featuring an optimal warmth to weight ratio, the Spark Women's bag is equally compact and comfortable.
The women's specific mummy fit is narrower at the shoulder and wider at the hip, and features extra down compared to the unisex Spark models.

- 850+ FILL Power, RDS-certified, Goose Down with Ultra Dry Down treatment for improved water resistance in damp conditions.
- 10-Denier Nylon shell and lining. 10-Denier Nylon waterproof-breathable hood and footbox.
- Women's Mummy Fit: Fitted cut with generous footbox and technical hood, to maximise thermal efficiency and minimise bulk and weight. Wider at the hips and narrower at the shoulders for a better fit and heat retention for women.
- Primary zip - 1/2 length #5 with zip-plow and two sliders.
- Spark Women's -1C Vertical chest baffles, horizontal baffles lower half and base, box wall baffles top half of bag and sewn through quilted construction lower half.

What we think
Taking the Sea to Summit Women’s Spark -1 out for a spin in the Peak District last night. Weighing just 584g, and packing down tiny, I’m planning to take this on long distance walks.
Temps reached -1, and this sleeping bag was spot on. I wore my usual winter layers of merino baselayer and fleece, and was plenty cosy enough. No need for a jacket. It’s quite unusual to find a temp rating that’s accurate (and I usually sleep cold).
Apart from the impressive specs, I was really drawn to the colours of this bag! It sounds daft but it matches my sleeping mat and the pop of yellow is a little bit of dopamine, brightening up my tent after a long day walking. Simple things, eh?
