Inside, the Elixir 2 offers a comfortable amount of space for two people and their kit, with a well-sized vestibule on each side for storing boots and equipment out of the way but sheltered.
Pitching is made simple thanks to colour-coded poles and clips, allowing for quick setup even in less-than-ideal conditions. While not the lightest tent in its category, the Elixir 2 prioritises robustness and ease of use over ultralight performance.
It’s worth noting that, like the Elixir 1, the Elixir 2 is best suited to typical three-season conditions and is not designed for extreme weather.
