WHAT WE THINK
The Orbiter 450 Lantern has been a solid performer for us during our campsite stays and group gatherings. At 450 lumens, it’s powerful enough to light up a small-to-medium area, and it’s adjustable so we can dim the light to create a cosy atmosphere or ramp it up when we need it to shine bright. The rechargeable battery is a game-changer.
That said, if you’re looking for a lantern to light up a larger campsite or use for group activities with a ton of people, the 450 lumens might not be enough. It’s great for personal use, but we’d probably choose a larger model if we needed more brightness. Still, for a small group or solo trips, the Orbiter is spot-on. -
