What we think
The Therm-a-rest Z-Lite Sol is one of the lightest closed cell foam mats available. It features a reflective barrier layer on the base of the mat which reflects warmth back towards you when you sleep on it, thereby increasing the insulation of the mat by 20%. The Z Lite SOL has an R-Value of 2.0 giving me a total combined rating for the two mats of R6.5!!
