The Blacktail series remains as one of Big Agnes' longest-running tent series - a tried and true shelter with excellent value for backpackers who want a super comfortable tent to bring on the trail. The Blacktail Hotel features a massive, side-entry vestibule attached to the fly for bikes, climbing gear, or your best furry friend. Double doors, a simplified symmetrical pole structure, and additional dry storage make backcountry trips with a smelly partner−or three−more comfortable than you may have thought possible.

    Light enough for the backcountry, and strong enough for the front country--the Blacktail Hotel gives you, your gear, or your dog a little more space. Fly features one extended, pole-supported, side-entry vestibule, and one quick-access vestibule. Symmetrical pole structure with pre-bent poles for increased head space. Dual-zipper door allows for easy entry. Use only one zipper for quick reach-through access. Two fly vents for increased air flow and reduced condensation. Low Vent feature on the vestibule doors for more air flow while still providing vestibule coverage. Media pockets enable clean earbud-cord routing from phones or other devices. Quick Stash door keeper on tent body door makes stowing unzipped door quick and easy. Reflective guy lines and webbing on tent corners. Multiple interior loops for attaching gear lofts, accessories and mtnGLO® Tent & Camp Lights. To extend the life of your tent floor we recommend using a Big Agnes footprint - sold separately.

    Fly and floor are polyester. Fly and floor have 1500mm waterproof polyurethane coating. Tent body is polyester breathable and polyester mesh. All seams taped with waterproof polyurethane tape. Lightweight aluminium pole system with prebends. Plastic clips attach tent body to pole frame. 4 interior mesh pockets, 2 media pockets & 8 lightweight aluminium hook stakes. Gear loft loops included. Footprint - sold separately. Fast Fly setup available. Fits the Square gear loft - sold separately.
