Maximise the space in your pack and keep everything moisture free with this ultra lightweight waterproof compression sack.

  • Features

Sea to Summit were the first company to introduce a compression dry bag into the market which does not use a purge valve. This innovation uses air permeable eVent® fabric on the base, which allows air to be pushed out of the sack, while stopping water getting in. This is a lighter, simpler and more reliable solution than a purge valve. The Ultra-Light version is built using Ultra-Sil 30D CORDURA® nylon

Waterproof, roll-top hypalon closure secured with a Field Repair Buckle
    Valve-free, air-permeable eVent ® fabric base is non-PFC
    bluesign® APPROVED Ultra-Sil 30D CORDURA® nylon uses a C0 non-PFC DWR finish
Compression strap side-release buckles allow fast and easy access
Waterproof seams you can trust- double-stitched and tape-sealed

    Which size do I need?

5 Litres: Extra layers or a high-performance sleeping bag (such as the Spark -2°C) or a quilt (Ember -4°C)
    8 Litres: a two-season or a high-end three-season down sleeping bag or a larger puffy jacket
13 Litres: a mid-range three season sleeping bag
20 Litres: a three-season synthetic sleeping bag plus a Reactor Liner

    Proper Use:
Any roll-top dry sack must be closed properly to ensure water can’t get in. Begin by folding the Hypalon® strip down first and be sure to have at least three rolls before closing the buckle.
Avoid contact with sharp objects or subjecting the sack to high abrasion, as this could compromise the waterproof fabric.
Like all manufacturers of roll-top, fabric dry sacks, Sea to Summit recommends that sensitive electronic devices be ‘double bagged’ (i.e. putting electronics inside one dry sack then placing this inside a second dry sack). For maximum protection, the use of a waterproof hard case should be considered.
Not intended for situations where dry sack will be submerged under water.

NB: While these Drysacks are designed to protect gear from rain and water dunking accidents they cannot guarantee to protect electronic gear when fully submerged. For this we recommend fully rated IPX standard diving protection cases.
