The Copper Spur HV UL 3, a best-selling, full-featured ultralight backpacking tent by Big Agnes, now features an upgraded design with innovative materials and hardware. Weighing in at a trail weight of 1590g and a packed weight of 1760g, this three-season, three-person tent includes a double-wall construction, two doors, and two porches for added convenience. The use of lighter and stronger proprietary materials and hardware simplifies setup while maintaining durability.

With a high-volume design, the freestanding structure offers ample living space, making it a top choice for backpacking adventures. To extend the life of your tent floor we recommend using a Big Agnes footprint - sold separately. Fast-fly setup available with footprint.

  2. 3-D bin ‘mezzanine’ at the foot provides elevated storage, oversized ceiling pocket at the head provides additional storage; media pockets provide cord-routing for electronics. 

  3. Reduced condensation with dual low-vent vestibule doors and high fly vent to maximise active and passive airflow.

  4. Smooth-closing, dual-zip doors with easy-grip pulls allow for ease of entry, exit and quick, reach-through access.

  5. Quick Stash door-keeper makes stowing unzipped doors quick and easy.

  6. Velcro tabs connect fly to pole structure providing perfect pitch and extra stability; pre-cut guy-lines and tensioners attached to fly; reflective guy-lines and webbing on tent corners make it easy to see at night.

  7. Vestibule zips protected with storm flap.
